Because Today is Marco’s Birthday…
…you know it’s time for more headcanons!
- Marco is the person who, when he starts laughing, gets the world to laugh with him because his laugh is so infectious
- Marco’s the person who refuses to let anyone think negatively. If someone’s complaining about doing a task, he’s the one that tells them how fun it is or how to make it more fun. If someone says they aren’t any good at something, Marco will be the one going “no, you’re great at that!”
- Marco has an absolutely ridiculous sweet tooth
- He’s a morning person, and finds it difficult to sleep in past 9 am.
- He’s a pretty good cook, but cannot bake to save his life. He’s still not sure why he always messes up when it comes to baking cookies.
- He’s an avid reader, averaging about two to three books a week (depending on work load/social activity/etc.) And he absolutely hates people who spoil books, (it’s one of the few things he actually hates in life)
- Marco talks in his sleep. Usually it’s just a nonsensical sentence or two, but on numerous occasions, he’s had full on conversations with Jean, Reiner, and Eren in his sleep (these three, cause they tend to be up the latest. All of the guys in the dorm have heard it, though.)
- Marco enjoys any kind of workout for the endorphin-fueled feeling afterwards. He loves that energized feeling, even if his legs/arms/abs/lungs/everything is screaming at him in pain.
- He’s really good with kids
- He’s the kind of guy that would pull his S/O out in a rainstorm to dance
- He’s very musically talented, and sings like an angel
- He’s the kind of S/O who would want to constantly be holding hands just to have them close
- Marco is the world’s best hugger. And he gives the best hugs. The 104th have voted and decided that this is fact.
- He’s very studious and cares a lot about grades. He’s the kid that will cry over B’s. However, he doesn’t get too many B’s because he works so hard in class and studies so hard outside of it.
- Marco will put on a happy face even if he isn’t feeling it. He refuses to ruin other people’s days by bringing them down when he’s down, which can often lead to him feeling even more sad and lonely than before. Luckily, some of his closest friends have learned to tell when that smile is fake, and can help him get out of his slump.
- His angry face is terrifying mostly because it’s so rare to see it that if you do see it, you know you messed up.
- Marco loves puns and dad jokes and internet memes, and will send them to his friends at all hours of the day.
- He’s really good at strategizing in board games, and usually wins them.
- He sings in the shower regardless if anyone will hear.
- Marco’s a dreamer and an optimist above all, and never gives up hope for a brighter tomorrow, and also inspires others to have the same mentality.
