Master Chief from Halo. He had a voice changer inside his helmet, and an ipod linked onto his arm so that he could play theme music as he walked around. I wasn’t surprised when I was told he won last years costume contest.

The costume took him over 1000 hours to create, and is made out of plexiglass.
