There is a tattoo artist on Instagram that goes by rocem_tattooz that is posting pictures of tattoos he has done on dogs. This is animal cruelty and if you have much of a heart for dogs or just the reputation of the tattoo community in general you should spread the word and make sure this jerk doesn’t work again.
