John and Sherlock are in this park area and some kids are nearby and they decide to let off some firecrackers, which are really loud and John freaks out and hides behind a bench and starts having a panic attack and Sherlock very carefully grabs his hands and makes him look into his eyes and breathe evenly, calming John down. John is really embarrassed but Sherlock isn't having it he just hugs John and kisses his head and doesn't mention the attack he just says how much he loves John
