These are ALL pretty blurry facially because I am an inexperienced camera idiot who is too impatient to focus properly, but at least it focused on other parts of the costume! Fun fact: I ran into a corner immediately after putting this on and amputated the foot off of the shoulder eagle. Holla. This costume deserves a proper shoot before I put it away, but I pulled it out today for a bit of fun because I LOVE THIS COMIC.
Happy DAY OF DREDD, everyone! Cassandra Anderson is the fast-talking, freewheeling Judge of the Psi Division in Mega-City One. She is generally considered weird and off-putting due to her rather ‘loony’ ways (she is not very taciturn and loves slang and nicknames). She’s allowed to get away with it as being a way to deal with the stress of her psychic abilities, but Judge Dredd (her peer) still is rather unkind about it
even though they’re besties right.In the film, Olivia Thirlby did an incredibly brave thing by representing Anderson as a young rookie - less of a smart mouth, more concerned with surviving the day and trying to embrace her abilities, all while attempting to get past the stern demeanor of Joe Dredd, her superior officer who is known for being a ‘stickler’ for the rules. As Anderson grows to respect her talents and gain her footing in the cruel world of Mega-City One, Dredd, quite unexpectedly, grows with her.
