It’s been a long time since I colored something like this style ( without the obvious outlines). It’s a bit time consuming :P
This is from one file and each painting is done per layer .
Purrrrrlock cosplay photoshoot! This head is a foam base and has a moving jaw that isn’t shown at all in the photos. The nose and ear vents were a success; my head was never too hot or uncomfortable. The other feature that isn’t easy to see is that I modeled his eyes off of Benedict’s haha

Final touches are lookin’ good. Left to do: stich up neck/yoke and attach whiskers/teeth. Paws/feet/tail are complete! :D

WooooaHHHH the FUR’S DOE
ye that’s right I finally got all the fur sewn and tacked down all nice like. Steps left: dry brushing details into fur, making and attaching eyes and nose, tongue & teeth, neck fur, and whiskers. As for the rest of the pieces, I just need to do up the heels on the back of the feet with velcro!~
The jaw is still super sensitive, but hangs open a bit. Fingers crossed for when I add the neck.

I was working on my siamese cat/catlock costume head design, and am FINALLY satisfied with the marking layout. It’s the best balance of color and material type thus far. I’m super pumped to start the duct tape pattern, but have to first spend forever tweaking the eyes. Bluh. Wish me luck.
