So I came up with this great idea for a fake beard using fiber mascara and I realized there were no tutorials out there for this already. So I made one myself. It works really well and is very realistic!!

So, this escalated from a Castiel makeup test to a formal photo-session.
That is not the tie I’ll be using, and I have wings in the planning stage, but won’t know if I’ll stick with them until I see how well the base construction goes.
In terms of my comments on the makeup, I think I made my eyebrows too dark. The beard is different on both sides of my face, with a darker, harsher stubble on (my) left. I was worried that my right side was too dark as well, but it’s perfect in the pictures. The black costume hairspray I used was fast and effective, but dirties my hands if I touch it. I’ll have to seal it. There’s some mild photoshopping around the crown of my head here because I still had it blonde XD
