Tentacle-Medusa Cecil Baldwin. 

I was trying to make sense of a person having tentacles on their body without it just being a lower body graft like a Cecaelia. In terms of basing this design of real octopusses, I was thinking of dumbo octopus for the floppy ears and coconut octopus for the lights/markings. So that I can be lazy with colour, he’ll have working chromatomaphores so that he can change the tentacles to any colour he wants. I haven’t narrowed down a species for the tentacles yet.

I couldn’t decide on the seajelly colors, so why not do both?

I was inspired by all the octopus related stuff at the Comic Expo, and decided I wanted to do an octopus with a white base and black suckers, and it turned into an albino/salt&pepper OctoJohn.
