having a hedgehog as a pet seems so weird… its like ah yes, this animal is covered in spikes that will impale my skin if i hold it improperly… i want it as a pet

and why I knew that my siblings or their friends wouldn’t abuse it, kids are very cautious because of the spines so I don’t have to be anxious
I’m not sure if Quilbo likes socks or not because he’ll snuggle into them all nice like and then give me the poutiest faces he can muster.
