I absolutely adore creature AUs and designs. I see a lot of werewolf and dragon McCree and Hanzo; so, to throw in some variation, I did them as the tiger and ox Chinese Zodiac <3 My coloring is a MESS because I was fiddling with layers more than actually painting ahaha

First meeting - Atlantis AU

I’m completely losing my head over this AU. Just imagine: an adventurer linguist archeologue Jesse McCree (because he’s fucking brilliant)….. so yeah basically Indiana Jones (but I digress !) looking for the lost city of Atlantis, and then you have Hanzo, first prince and future heir of the empire, looking freaking badass with white hair and golden tattoos.

Anyway, I’m going to draw a lot of panels because this movie is freaking awesome.

There are so, so many more drawings of the Okami Hanzo skin because I always spend way too much time on figuring out 2D designs before working on the final 3D costume. I also do it to memorize the design for drawing purposes aha.
Note on the booties: I was trying to combine the classic Hanzo design with this one because I like the dragon toes more than the loafers.

Because of Mass Effect, I can’t stop drawing space/alien AU McCree and Hanzo.

These are sketches that focus on their physical designs and uniforms rather than my story. Hanzo is an alien race that resembles dragons, and McCree is a human from Earth who has been infected by an alien symbiote, hence the mutated array of eyes on the right side of his face. Please check out part 2 for more details!
